Good morning! Well, it's morning over here anywho.
How is everyone? The holidays are ramping up, aren't they? With a week before the big Turkey Day in America and just a few days later before December and everyone's end of the year holiday of choice, we've all been super busy! (Let's be honest, I've been busy this whole time haven't I?) Please be safe and have a happy last hurrah into 2020!
That all being said, this is the pre-holiday report. Quite a few events have occurred since my last monthly report, and I expect December will slip up by me. Expect this report to be a big one.
First, I intend to start off 2020 with a new mission! Maybe not exactly on January 01 at midnight EST, but I want to be able to resolve as many bits of Canary as possible before February of next year. There's a lot we have to do, so there's no hard deadlines on this and no stress either way. In the next month, I'll be asking around about mission ideas and the like. Now that we've established ourselves, it's time for some focus!
Second, with our loss of a couple of members and the unintended LOA of one of the Command Staff, I've let organization of Canary's timeline sort of slip by the wayside. So far so that I've had to sit down and sort it out myself. And I have!
THIS LINK IS THE TIMELINE
The link above is a Google Doc that details events in regards to the main plot of Canary, which involves the shuttle and the findings surrounding it. As of this moment, we only have a handful of posts about it, which is absolutely fine! There are a couple that need posting, but those should be out shortly. If you'd like to take part in this plot, please let me know and I'll make a good attempt to incorporate. If you've got an idea on how you'd like to contribute, let me know that too!
If not, that's quite alright. This is only one plot thread that occurs on a large colony. In the next mission, I'm going to see if I can get a focus on more than one plot thread going, so that we can all have fun!
Finally, I do want to (once again) apologize for my own absence, and how it may continue. I do appreciate you all for sticking with me during my own life transition period, and I hope 2020 is good not just for the site, but for all of us. Thank you.
