Exaggeration Double IPA

It's a lot more bold than you were originally expecting.

Flavour: Intense, hoppy bitterness with an exaggerated citrus and pine punch, balanced by a rich, malty backbone.

Tasting Notes: Overripe tropical fruits (mango, pineapple), resinous pine, and a touch of caramel. Bold and unapologetically over the top.

Omission Vulcan Ale

You were expecting more, and can't help but wonder what it isn't being said...

Flavour: A clean, slightly spicy red ale with subtle roasted malt and caramel sweetness, leaving some flavours "left out."

Tasting Notes: Toasted bread, light toffee, and a faint herbal bitterness. Approachable yet intriguing.

Deception Imperial Ale

It's okay, you can definitely have three of these.

Flavour: A strong ale with a dangerously smooth finish, hiding its high alcohol content behind layers of caramel, toffee, and dark fruit.

Tasting Notes: Rich malt, figs, raisins, and a whisper of vanilla. Sweetness masks its potency.

Plagiarism Lager

You are pretty sure you have drank this exact beer somewhere before

Flavour: A standard lager that mimics the crispness of a classic Pilsner, but with a twist—a touch of corn sweetness or adjunct malts.

Tasting Notes: Mild hop bitterness, cereal grains, and a clean, slightly sweet finish. Familiar yet oddly unoriginal.

Broken Promises Stout

Really, it's your fault for coming back a second time.

Flavour: A dark, rich stout with a bittersweet backbone. Starts smooth and promising, but finishes with a sharp, dry bitterness.

Tasting Notes: Dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and charred wood, with a lingering bitterness that cuts expectations short.

Fabrication Sour

The deeper you go, the more you find things you weren't expecting.

Flavour: A vibrant sour with unexpected fruit pairings, creating the illusion of complexity. Tart, zesty, and playful.

Tasting Notes: Green apple, lime, and a hint of candied fruit. Sweet-tart layers deceive the palate.

White Lies White IPA

It's easy to slip into this beer, and really what is one more?

Flavour: A lighter, wheat-based IPA with subtle hop bitterness and floral notes, making it approachable but slightly misleading.

Tasting Notes: Orange peel, coriander, and a soft piney finish. Bright and refreshing.

Bold Faced Porter

This beer isn't hiding anything, and why should it? You know what you deserve.

Flavour: A robust porter with unapologetic roasted malt flavors, bold chocolate, and a smoky edge.

Tasting Notes: Dark cocoa, espresso, and a hint of smoke or char. A confident beer that stands out.

Political Propaganda Pilsner

What is a Pilsner without a bit of bending your expectations?

Flavour: A clean, crisp pilsner with subtle herbal and spicy hops—refreshing but leaves you wondering what’s being covered up.

Tasting Notes: Noble hops, biscuit malt, and a dry, snappy finish. Smooth yet calculated.

11th Hour Alibi Farmhouse Lager

It'll come through when you least expect it.

Flavour: A farmhouse-style lager with a blend of rustic, earthy yeast character and crisp lager smoothness.

Tasting Notes: Hay, pepper, and a soft citrus tang, with a clean, dry finish that feels like a last-minute save.

Habitual Hazy IPA

You started with a White Lies, and now you can't help but have just one more...

Flavour: A juicy, cloudy IPA bursting with tropical fruit flavors, making it addictive and repeatable.

Tasting Notes: Mango, passionfruit, and orange, with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and low bitterness.

Convenience Witbier

I mean, it's right there, why not have one?

Flavour: A light, citrusy witbier with simple yet satisfying flavors that make it an easy go-to.

Tasting Notes: Lemon zest, coriander, and wheat bread, with a soft, refreshing finish.

Flattery Golden Ale

It may get you no where, but it does feel good.

Flavour: A subtly sweet, smooth golden ale that flatters the palate with mild malty sweetness and floral hops.

Tasting Notes: Honey, light biscuit, and a touch of orange blossom. Easy-drinking and pleasant.

Self-Deception Märzen

Go on and tell yourself that it's a strong beer. We can keep a secret.

Flavour: A rich, malty Märzen that tastes indulgent but is deceptively light in ABV.

Tasting Notes: Toasted caramel, nuts, and a faint hint of spice. Comforting and satisfying.

Malicious Aged Porter (Aged in Whiskey Barrels)

Your friend likes cocktails? Well then you know they deserve this beer.

Flavour: A dark, brooding porter with smoky, charred notes, enhanced by whiskey barrel aging for depth and complexity.

Tasting Notes: Oak, vanilla, dark chocolate, and a warm whiskey burn. Maliciously delicious.

Denial Hopped Mead

It's a mead, and definitely not a beer. Trust us.

Flavour: A floral, honey-forward mead with an unexpected hop bitterness that challenges its sweet identity.

Tasting Notes: Wildflower honey, citrus, and earthy hops. Sweet and bitter coexist.

Minimization Peach Session Lager

As far as beers go, this one could be worse. What's two more really going to do?

Flavour: A light, low-ABV lager with a faint touch of peach sweetness that doesn’t overwhelm.

Tasting Notes: Crisp malt, fresh peaches, and a soft, refreshing finish. Understated and delightful.

Self-Denial Zero Alcohol Brew

You can tell your friends you're having a beer with them, and maybe you'll believe it too.

Flavour: A non-alcoholic beer that mimics a classic brew, convincing you it’s the real deal with its malty, hoppy notes.

Tasting Notes: Toasty malt, mild citrus, and a clean, slightly sweet finish.

Half-Truths Kettle Sour

It's a lot more sour than you were expecting, but at least we were mostly honest.

Flavour: A tart and fruity kettle sour that’s upfront with its acidity but leaves a sweet aftertaste.

Tasting Notes: Raspberries, lemon, and a hint of vanilla. Tangy and slightly deceptive.

Bitter Truths Lemon Sour

It's what it says on the bottle, what do you really expect?

Flavour: A sharp, tart lemon sour that embraces its bitterness fully, leaving no illusions.

Tasting Notes: Fresh lemon zest, sour candy, and a dry, puckering finish. Bold and unapologetic.
