Fink is an old-fashioned Ferengi who likes his latinum gold-plated, his food pre-chewed, and his females unclothed, but has learned to keep these desires private in non-Ferengi company. In spite of his socially conservative leanings, he still believes in an honest day's work for an honest day's pay, and takes issue with his people's ethic of exploitation. He is relatively decent though not supremely friendly, finding all non-Ferengi inherently suspicious.
